Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply. An iron curb valve access port will be installed at sidewalk surface with below grade valve for emergency service isolation as per approved drawings. No other work approved as per this permit.
