To install one (1) double-faced neon sign to read sweet things & grill per drawings submitted on 02/11/16 & stamped approved 02/24/16 sign will be circular and measure: 36. 5 diameter x 12 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door. Sign will hang from two steel straps from the existing balcony sign will have a black background with red and yellow graphics no additional illumination or lighting is approvednotes: sign to reuse body of previously approved sign (see permit number 080333 issued 05/29/08) with new graphics as per plans submitted 02/11/16 and stamped vcc approved 02/24/16. All existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

To remove portland cement from ground floor of conti elevation installed without benefit of vcc review or approval. Note: contractor to contact vcc staff to arrange for inspection prior to work beginning on removal of existing ground floor stucco. To apply vcc approved stucco with penciled joints to ground floor of the conti elevation as per standard vcc detail. Note: contractor to contact vcc staff to arrange for inspection prior to work beginning on application of lime based ground floor stucco. Work as per architectural committee approval of 04/26/16 and commission approval of 05/04/16. Note: this permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a stopwork order was issued. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued.
