Applicant proposes to perform site maintenance work in order to replace a failing 12-inch corrugated metal pipe with a new 12-inch diameter plastic pipe. In addition an existing boot-legged 10-inch pipe that has separated will be capped and the flow directed into the new 12-inch pipe. The boot-legged pipe had failed and was allowing water to surface and travel as sheet flow creating erosion and flooding the subject site and creating flow across the right-of-way (south 132nd street). The project includes erosion control measures and best management practices. The length of pipe to be replaced is approximately 125 lineal feet.
