Driveway and house drainage permit construct driveway in accordance with montgomery county standards and specifications per mc dot-301. 05 and the direction of the dps inspector. Install a roof/sump pump drain within the county right of way. Curb face will be saw cut to accept a maximum 4" diameter pvc drainage pipe. Concrete epoxy non shrink grout will be used to patch the cut curb face and above the drainpipe. Roof/sump pump drain will be connected into the county storm drain structure or pipe if directed by the dps inspector.
