This project is limited to alterations and renovations of 8 s. F. Of space located on the 1st level. To alter clinic exam space. No structural work is anticipated. Hvac work will be limited to recalculating and redistributing air handling needs for the partitioned clinic space and adjusting controls for the newly configured spaces. Electrical work will be limited to the relocation of ceiling lights, switches and outlets along with the addition of 4 light fixtures to accommodate the reconfigured space . Plumbing work will be limited to the addition of 2 exam room hand sinks. Sprinkler work, by others, will be limited to relocating heads and drops as required by the new layout. The work includes: 1. Demolition of finishes carpets and non-structural partitions. 2. Installation of new finishes carpets, vinyl flooring and paint. 3. Provision of new non-structural partitions for the reconfigured exam rooms.
