Interior: repair the moisture damaged plaster running the full width of the rear wall repaint the entrire wall exculuding the doors windos and other woodwork also repair the corner crack running the full height of a front wall and along the ceiling repaint the repaird crack and the full walls on both sides outward to the first corners. Exterior: install new metal flashing above the wood casework surrounding all right windows and two double doors at the rear of the building also cutout and replace the rotted portions of the casework with new matching milled wood member reset or replace any loose fasteners and repaint all windoowa doors and the casework . Exterior: secure any loose panels on the underside of the soffits on all sides of the building. Also tape and spackle the joints and the underside. Note: approval contingent upon site inspection and approvalm of sample new casework instation. The department of general services will chap to schedule site meeting.
