Permission to correct case #17-00011-dbnvcc

To resolve ongoing vcc violations (case number 17-00011), as follows:remove and replace deteriorated cracked stucco around foundation as needed. Repoint masonry as needed, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Install new stucco using vcc stucco formula (attached). No prepackaged mixes permitted. Repair replace deteriorated weatherboards, using spanish cedar or mahogany. Secure any loose weatherboards. Repair damaged louvered shutters, to match existing. Backprime and paint any new millwork. Remove vegetation as follows: trim vegetation at building and treat with biocide. Allow roots to wither and detach as much as possible before removal. A commercially available biocide, generally containing a quaternary ammonium treatment, may be introduced for treatment of algae, fungi, molds, and mildew.
