(3/26/2015 6:39 pm wr) a proposal to create an outdoor educational area on the north side of the site, adjacent to the existing detention pond. A new, 252 sf wooden observation deck and a new 177 sf wooden observation deck will be constructed north of the parking lot, connected by a woodchip path and flagstones (ward 2) the proposal also includes a landscape modification request to allow the petitioner to not install bioswales in the parking lot at this time since the proposed outdoor classroom is not proposed to impact the parking lot.
