All demolition, renovation and installation per plans and materials stamped vcc approved 07/30/15:remove existing fire escape ladder on bourbon side wall; repair masonry & plaster as needed,remove existing vents and wall mounted hvac units in bourbon and esplanade walls; repair and plaster as needed,partially remove planter bed per drawings,install new treated wood hvac platform with wood lattice screening paralel to barracks side courtyard wall; install four (4) new mini-split condenser units: daikin 2. 5-ton, 4mxs32gvju. Platform & screening not to be attached to existing masonry wall. Install two (2) new wood doors in existing cased openings in dependency, per door and window schedule,repair existing second floor dependency door; replace wood panels with glazing.
