Putting in (10) complete bathroom. (10) complete kitchen sinks with disposal dishwasher (10) instant hot water heater and (1) public hot water heater (2) water box connector in basement and (1) sump pump in basement (existing) as per code.

Amend permit com2009-00098 issued on 01/05/08 without plans to add the following additional work: replace (3) glass interior fire doors with (3) six panel fire rated doors with alarm on 1st 2nd and 3rd floors as per code.
