Install a 3-inch pvc drain through existing curb within the county right of way with the following conditions: curb face will be saw cut to accept a maximum 3" diameter pvc drainage pipe. Concrete epoxy non shrink grout will be used to patch the cut curb face and above the drainpipe. Prior to release of this permit, complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site. Disturbed areas shall be fine graded & sodded.
