Interior alterations to a s. F. R. 1-story brick building with basement to address building violations. M. E. P throughout the basement and first floor. Remove existing columns and replace with new 6" x 6" wd columns. Existing basement slab - remove as req and replace, new column footing - 5 req 2-0" x 2-0" x1-0". Add new 2" x 10" joist at 18" c c to seal stair cavity from basement to first floor, new 6 x 6" wd post (5 with new foundation) as per architectural plans.
