To increase the usability of the property at 767 south gladiola street, salt lake city, ut, the following site design is proposed: a new paved surface and access road covering approximately 0. 9 acres for storing of materials such as pellets, wood, mulch, as well as parking of equipment. The main paved area will have not curb or gutter, and drain to the center of the property (away from neighboring properties). The paved area is to be accessed by a 12Ô wide paved road from gladiola street. The drive approach of this road at gladiola street is to be 40Ô wide, as to allow for access by semi-trucks. The approach will narrow down to 12Ô further inside the property and lead to the paved area. This road will slope to the north to allow for drainage to be collected by a v-ditch. In the future as part of another project, this road will be widened to 40Ô. No curb or gutter will be installed with the drive approach or road. Landscaping will cover the property frontage at a depth of 25Ô.
