Permit for the relocation of lot lines to create one (1) lot from three (3) lots, for the complete demolition of all structures on the lot, for the erection of twenty (20) attached four (4) story structures (42high) with interior garages for use as single family dwellings, for the erection of ten (10) attached four (4) story structures (42 high) for use as single family dwellings, for the erection of twenty (20), twenty-four (24) story structure (2 high) for use as a 246 family dwelling with accessory lobby, storage space offices, gymnasium with indoor pool and sauna area, community room with kitchen, media room and outdoor decks and terraces and for the creation of 396 off-street parking spaces (including handicap spaces) in the cellar, basement and first floor and for 16 open-air off-street parking spaces.
