February 4, 2013 4:29:07 pm pamk. Rswo, complaint, renee allen, tenant, redacted phone number, roof is sagging from roof leaking, water stands on roof, there is mold. Owner only patches - doesnt fix the problem. Porch also has holes in the floor and patched with a piece of board. Someone will be at the house all day on 2/5/13. Pjk; february 6, 2013 10:03: am pamk. Eastover lot #4 permit # 13-734 complaint with mobile home safety issues 1. When furnace runs it gets hot on wall and you can smell electrical hot odors. 2. Hot water heater runs out of hot water before shower is finished. 3. Roof leaks. Has repair membrane over about 40% of home however water is leaking through the ceiling now. 5. Living room has a room addition attached to it,--- at doorway between rooms the ceiling is swaging down and the wood appears to be damaged from the leaking. Mold and mildew grows in this area. 6. Ceilings are bowing down in (2) bedrooms and in this room addition with part of living room showing dam
