For the installation of a new wet chemical pyrochem pcl-3 kitchen hood fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 17a & ul3 in an existing kitchen hood within the kitchen of a previously approved "eat in take out" restaurant (see use permit ap#799163) on the first floor of an existing three (3) story attached structure, as per plans and provided data sheet; no other work on this permit; separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work; any modifications or upgrades to the existing kitchen hood will require a new mechanical kitchen hood permit.
