Permit to renovate part of shed structure. Shed is currently built in two parts all on concrete slab foundation. The front part which is 8 x 9 is constructed partly of cmu with a wood truss roof and galvanized roofing. The second part is constructed of wood framing and galv roofing and walls. We want to renovate the front part of the shed which will proper wood framing and utilizing the existing concrete slab and cmu wall construction. The renovation will included the framing of a second floor which will be used for general strorage and accessed via ladder. There is one source of electric for a light which will remain. No other electric or utility work will be done. The existing structure is located on the property line.
