Driveway permit: remove/restore an ex. Driveway and install the following type driveway apron in accordance with montgomery county standards and specifications mcdot standard: mc-301. 01 or 05 and at the direction of the dps inspector. Restore/ repair as necessary. House drain connection to existing curb: install a roof drain to curb within the county right of way with the following conditions: curb face will be saw-cut or cored to accept a maximum 4" diameter pvc drainage pipe.
