Tuck-point above mentioned brick with vcc approved custom engineered mortar mix. Examine structural seperation. Remove broken and weathered bricks. Tooth out and repair separated section of parapet corner. Stucco repair with finish to match existing. Remove cox cable connection box that cox installed on outer exterior. Note: if it becomes evident that structural ties are necessary, an accessory permit shall be issued for the additional work.
