To address vcc violations per case number 16-02813, per attached materials stamped vcc approved 05 26 17, as follows:remove existing metal cap flashing and install new mortar cap with embedded mesh and portland cement. Do not use vcc mortar formula for mortar cap. Remove all existing, unpermitted and or unshielded light fixtures. Install twenty-eight (28) "progress p5774" fixtures (5" diameter, 6 1 2" deep) to the underside of the gallery centered within each gallery bay (two in corner bay) and centered within the depth of the gallery. Install two (2) of the same fixtures under the st. Peter-side balcony, centered over the wood door and window. Fixtures shall be painted white to match adjacent building surface. Install one (1) "wallyx gu10" wall mounted fixture over double doors transom on st. Peter elevation. Paint fixture to match adjacent surface. Remove any abandoned wiring.
