Outside sign

To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read port st. Peter cocktails kitchen per photograph submitted on 07/19/16 & stamped vcc approved 07/21/16 sign will measure: 31. 5 w x 17. 5 h x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above one of the ground floor doors sign will hang from chains wrapped over existing outriggers. Sign will have a black background with gold and white lettering and graphics no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
