Application to retain the following items listed by the notice of violation letter received 8. 21. 17. Owner would like to apply to maintain the following items: flashing, windows, doors, and railings. Ccno 166-35 flashing: the existing copper cap flashing was installed in 1995 with approval from the vcc on february 03, 1995. The flashing is in excellent condition and is not in need of replacement at this time. Please see attached document labelled flashing. Ccno 166-35 windows: it is absolutely crucial that the plexi-glass remains in place as there have been numerous instances of pedestrians throwing (beer) bottles at the windows and breaking damaging the dormer windows glass. The plexi-glass has been in place since 1995 as documented in the attached image. Please see attached document labelled plexi, doors, and railings. Ccno 166-35 doors: when the owner purchased the property, only shutters were installed on the st. Peter street faade. There have never been doors since taking ownership.
