Temporarily place a dumpster within the public right of way. The permittee agrees to hold montgomery county harmless from any liability associated with the placement of dumpsters in the public right of way. Dumpster locations, barricades and/or lights are to be placed as directed by the dps inspector. All lane closures and other required traffic controls shall be in accordance with the work zone traffic control standards issued by the montgomery county department of public works and transportation dated january, 2002. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by occupancy of the dumpster in the public right-of-way.
