Roof will be replaced with gaf royal sovereign 3-tab shingles in charcoal color or color to match existin gslate on main roof. Gutters and downspouts replaced with custom 5" seamless guller and downspouts in musket brown clors. Soffits to be replaced with pvc white aluminum. Where needed fascia board to match existing. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files
