Cps interior alterations and renovations to include two new passenger elevators. One passenger four-stop elevator will be located at the 1903 portion of the school and one three-stop will be located at the 1961 portion of the school.

Installation of (1) 3000# capacity, 100 fpm, 4-stop, hydraulic, passenger elevator (car #1) & (1) 3000# capacity, 100 fpm, hydraulic, 3-stop, passenger elevator at paul revere elementary school (cps) pursuant to plans submitted installations to be made in compliance with 2010 city of chicago elevator code & subject to field inspections by city of chicago elevator bureau.

Installation of (1) 3000# capacity, 1 fpm, 4-stop, hydraulic, passenger elevator (car #1) & (1) 3000# capacity, 1 fpm, hydraulic, 3-stop, passenger elevator at paul revere elementary school (cps) pursuant to plans submitted installations to be made in compliance with 20 city of chicago elevator code & subject to field inspections by city of chicago elevator bureau.

Cps interior alterations and renovations to include ac units, ada accessibility compliance, classroom modifications, kitchen reconfiguration, signage and mep&fp modifications. Accessibility compliance is to include making all toilet rooms ada accessible as well as exterior entrances and classroom entrances. Auditorium is to include ada seating compliance and lift access. Classroom modifications include patching and repairing floors, walls and ceilings, conversion of chalkboards to markerboards as well as adjusting the recessed door locations and replacing some hardware. Mep&fp modifications to include toilet room upgrades, power to ac unit locations, wire mold and cover plate renovations at exposed wiring locations, mechanical repairs to exhaust fans, installation of new domestic water duplex package, replacement of outside air intake for the auditorium.
