Tampa theatre electrical improvements, shall include, but not be limited to, upgrading of the existing emergency generator and house and performance stage lighting, upgrading of electrical service, replacement of the existing emergency generator and installation of temporary stage connections with all associated work required for a complete project in accordance with the contract documents

The original scope of work identified in the current permitted documents was bid and exceeded the allocated budget. The revised permit modification drawings represent a negotiated scope of work that is within budget. The base bid (sheets e0 though e4. 1) is no longer a part of the construction documents and have been identified as not in contract on revised sheet e0. 0a. The revised scope of work is identified in the revised additive alternate bid #1 sheets (sheets e0. 0a through e4. 1a).

Item 1. 1: revision 3 and 4 drawings install electrical components as per attached revised construction documents with revisions 3 and 4. These drawings supersede the previously submitted drawings e1. 0a, e2. 0a, e3. 1a and e3. 2a. These drawings document revisions to the work that reflect tecos requirements and owners preferences. Changes are to be published as an as-built condition.
