To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read court of two lions art gallery per drawings submitted on 07/29/16 & stamped vcc approved 08/04/16 sign will measure: 32 w x 12 h x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the courtyard gate sign will hang from existing bracket sign will have a tan background with white lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
