Grand oak tree that is on the property of 704 west orient street is dropping large branches onto my home and my property causing damage. It is full of acorns which is making the branches heavier then usual which i believe is what is causing the various branches to fall. I need a consultation in order to determine if the city is responsible for trimming back the branches or if i can apply for a permit to get the branches trimmed. Either way i need a city official to come and take a look at the tree before further damage is assessed. The part of the house that the branches have fallen is over the bedroom of my granddaughters and i want to prevent any possible injury to them as well. If you could please contact me or send someone out to take a look at the tree i would appreciate it.
