To perform masonry repairs as per submitted scope of work stamped vcc approved 07 06 17. Work includes but is not limited to: on the dumaine elevation beginning at the corner with the bourbon elevation: remove the top 3 to 4 of brick from the top of the wall for a linear distance of 30 rebuild the wall plumb and straight utilizing salvaged or exactly matching bricks and using mortar mixed and finished as per vcc standard detail (attached) rebuilt wall to exactly match existing decorative cornice detailall repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
