Remove existing tile roof and underlayment. Install new wood decking as required. Install new peel and stick underlayment as per manufacturers specifications. Install new gaf slateline shingles as per manufacturers specifications. Flash all penetrations as per specifications. Install new eve drip as per specifications. On flat roofs, remove existing roofing down to deck. Mechanically attached tapered iso to provide positive drainage. Install gaf liberty sa base sheet and fr granulated cap sheet as per plans and specs.
