This address is getting run down, its vacant (owner died, wife moved to ky., son hasnt been there for several months), vandalism, brooken windows, shingles coming off, etc. Needs to be secured, etc. Pjk; february 12, 2013 9:00:27 am pamk. I have visited the site today. The doors to the house are open,there is obviously no one living there. The interior is of a dilapidated state,with sheetrock destroyed and on the floors,windows are broken. There is a large amount of trash on the floors and some in the yard. The roof appears intact and interior seems dry. The gas meter is in place, and the electrical service drop is intact. The electrical panel cover is off exposing the bus bar. No power is on,though, the meter is in the base. I would suggest the gas meter be removed and service drop detached. The doors need to be secured premises. I have posted two signs dangerous bui
