The slate on the dormers is to remain. Any other work on the exterior of the property will need a separate chap notice to proceed permit. Note: this work is allowed due to a case of economic hardship. The decision is based upon the unique circumstances of this case and in no way sets a precedent in hunting ridge historic district or any local historic district or baltimore city landmark.
