Replace old decks;cah; permit is to replace existing deck. There will not be any increase in the cubic content of this deck nor will the deck encroach into the side yard setback any closer than it currently does. Based on this informaiton, article 17 of the udo permits repairs of this nature.; replace deck/jsb; setbacks along streets must be measured from the street right of way line. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; see comments in plan review.
