Authorization to proceed replace seven original windows that are deteriorated beyond repair. Six windows are located on theside elevations and the wood double-hung windows will be replaced with 6 6 sdl white aluminum-cladwood "clad ultimate insert double hung" windows by marvin. The large picture window on thefacade will be replaced with a 24 light fixed white aluminum-clad wood "clad ultimate insert" windowby marvin. The replacement windows shall match the historic windows in size type configuration form detail and overall appearance and will fit properly into the existing window openings. Thereplacement windows will be inserted into the existing opening and the existing sill and windowframing will not be wrapped or clad with another material. The windows will have screens with framesthat match the color of the windows. All work completed as per plans in chap files except where thisatp supercedes the proposed scope.
