Hello - i am looking to get a couple trees looked at. 1 is (based on my limited knowledge) a grand oak, that is close to my house. I would like to get this removed, but wanted to see what all my options are. This tree sits on my property line and is shared with a neighbor. 2 other trees are most.... If not fully (based on my knowledge) on my neighbors property. However, they appear to be dead (or unstable) and are leaning against my fence. I am unable to get the fence replaced until the trees are removed. I am nervous that in any storm these trees would fall and definitely cause property damage and potentially harm someone.
