Non-structural alterations/exterior work - install linear feet of 6 foot high wood fence and linear feet of 5 foot high wood fence along sides and rear of property as per sketch as per code.

Remove the existing from concrete walkway leading from the bottom front steps to top porch steps and replace with new concrete. Remove one block of concrete located at the landing of bottom steps near front public sidewalk--replace with new concrete. The dimensions are 15 x4 x5" thick --excavate a portion of grass and sol in back of house to create a new concrete portion. Dimensions 26x x5" thick 6" crush concrete used as a base for all new concrete work. Concrete reinforced by wire mesh and divided with asphalt expansion as needed as per sketch code.
