Complaint received: many of the vehicles at alamo volvo have been parked there for years and never moved, i have talked to dennis and mitch that run the place and they say they use these cars to sell parts from. According to the law,city code title 29 they dont have the right to turn a auto repair business into a junk yard. Many of these vehicles have expired tags for years and that is visible from the street. Finally, i can only imagine all the toxic waste from these vehicles seeping into the ground, perhaps deq should look into this too.
