Replace, from ridge to exterior plate, 2 - 3 rafters cut by pfb. Scrape and seal all charred smoke damaged members. Reglaze windows or replace with cl65. If windows replaced they must meet current egress requirements. Replace ceiling insulation with r38, slanted rafter bays with r15. Rafter bays and all attic spaces to be vented. Electrical for 2-3 circuits with smoked detectors hard wired on 2nd floor.
