Residential alteration

Plan survey review for limited dirt that was added to property, this is to correct violation cmp-17-0001937. This small fill dirt doesnt impede or change the flow of water from how it had been. I would like to sod about 4 sq feet of the south east yard, closest to empty lot 8. Dirt has been graded (inspector lee hartman) advised to go ahead and grade and apply for permit. This fill is for minor leveling and preparation for about 4 sq ft of sod. (sod has not been installed). Note: there is a 12" concrete culvert at southeast corner of property and a swell along the southern property between lot 9 and empty lot 8. The elevation survey shows practically all water runs to this rear corner or swell and doesnt impact any neighboring property. No new building construction is taking place on the property and this is simply a beautifying project to create a pleasant and attractive small yard area. Thank you.
