Approval of a tree review to remove 42 trees of various sizes and varieties, as illustrated and listed on exhibits c. 1 and a. 5, subject to the following conditions:a. The applicant shall receive final inspection approval of a zoning permit to plant trees as follows:1. 24 native trees shall be planted on the site in the upper garden portion of the site, as identified on exhibit c. 1, with placement determined by the plan for future development of the upper garden. 2. Mitigation trees must be planted during the time period of october 1, 2015 and march 31, 2016 or october 1, 2016 and march 31, 2017. 3. Irrigation for the newly planted trees must be provided per the operating procedures, garden management specifications and tree management policy (ex a. 3) of leach botanical garden to ensure survival of the mitigation trees. 4.
