For the erection of a three (3) story addition on top of an existing one-story attached structure to create a mutl-family residence (partial new foundation). Building shall be fully sprinklered. Seaprate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.

For the partial demolition of an existing rear structure and for the erection of a three (3) story addition above the rear structure. No change in height or area of front structure. Size and location as shown on plans application. Front structure for use as multifamily household living (three (3) dwellings) as previously approved; rear structure for use as equipment and materials storage yards and buildings, as previously approved, and multifamily household living (three (3) dwellings) with one (1) interior, accessory parking space.
