Complete demolition of an existing detached one-story, masonry and wood garage building and one-story shed by mechanical methods. All permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plan & such plan to be maintained on site at all times in accordance with philadelphia administrative code. Partial sidewalk closure required as reflected on approved site plan. Separate street closure permit required prior to start of work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit.

For the increase the height of the building upto 53ft ( as per code section 14-603(7)(a)(d)) of previously approved application (app# 708065) for the complete demolition of existing structure on site, and for the erection of a semi-detached structure with a roof deck accessed by a pilot house (to enclose access stairs only), and a green roof (67% coverage of roof)as previously approved for a fresh food market at first floor , existing multi-family household living (thirty-five (35) dwelling units,with twelve(12) accessory class 1a bicycle spaces in an accessible route applicant is using green roof bonus as per 14-602(7) with pwd approval ) and bonus for fresh food market additional building height up to 15 ft as per code section 15-603(7)(a) (d). No signs on this permit.
