Construct front deck 14x16 14ft from house 16 ft wide 4ft high 42 railing 6x6 mounted on concrete base dugout deep 2x joists w/hinges spaced every 16 support frames 2x bolted to 6x6 railing post 4x4 42 high 2x2 spokes. Maintain 33 setback from front property line. Cutting out 2 windows to add a door leading to deck.

Build on a frame roof over existing 14 x 16 deck and cover sides with screening. The roof will be supported by 4 x 4 s at 4 ft intervals with double 2 x 10s resting atop secured by tcco 4 x 4 braces securing 2 x 10. The double 2x 10will inturn support all 2 x 6 rafters at 16 in intervals which will connected by 2 x 4 collar ties 2 ft from roof and deck. 1/2 sheathing will be applied atop of 2 x 6 roof rafters and will be finished with 15 pound felt paper and fiberglass shingles.

Enclose existing 16x16 porch and constrict a- type roof as per sketches and code.
