Approval to remove (3) healthy trees (16in cedar/ 24in douglas fir/ 18in birch) and (1) 20in pine tree from various locations on the listed parcels. Tree replacements are required at a ratio of 1:1 for each tree removed and the tree replacement may be planted anywhere on the site. The replacement shall be native evergreens 6-8 tall in height and/or native deciduous trees 2. 5 caliper in size. Tree replacements are not required for trees that are dead/ diseased/ dying or hazardous.
