Historic resource review approval of storefront alterations and new signs and awnings on the electric building, a historic landmark located in the downtown subdistrict of the central city plan district, as follows:1. Storefront changes to include a new recessed, double-door main entry to the expanded retail space located on the west faade; bringing the line of the building out to the corner pier; removing the recessed entry on the south faade and replacing it with new storefront to match existing; and enlarging the window openings in the area of expansion to match the existing t-mobile storefront system.
