Tree consultation for a new build on the property and i will be submitting a alternative design exception 2 application (reduce side setbacks to 6ft and front setback by 2. 5ft) in order to be able to build a new house on the property due to the unique shape of the lot where it becomes narrow as property moves towards the back of the lot restricting the use of the property. The tree consultation would be for any protected trees within the protected tree root zones that the city requires within the 6 ft side setbacks, 22. 5 front setback and ft rear setback where im planning to build a new single family home and pool. The pool (28ft wide by 14 ft deep) would be behind the house and would require removal of all trees in back and sides of current house to be able to build the new house and pool.
