Permit for the erection of a four (4) story attached structure (nte 40. 2 ) , for the creation of 24 new off- street parking spaces, erection of eight garages on first floor and for a total of parking spaces ( eight garage space, full size spaces and two h d spaces) on the lot for use as eight(8) family dwellings in the same lot with an existing 22 family dwellings with accessory parking spaces as previously approved.

For the creation of an accessory surface parking lot on 629 dupont st with fifteen (15) parking spaces; accessory to existing multifamily household living (forty-four (44) dwellings) on 631 dupont st. Proposed parking is in addition to the exisitng twenty-five (25) accessory surface parking spaces located on 631 dupont st. Unity of use established between 629 dupont st and 631 dupont st (see a p no 5149 & 514911). Size and location as shown on application. No signs on this application.

For the creation of a unity of use to create one (1) lot for zoning purposes (to be known as 631 dupont street) with respective covenants, agreements and easements to be recorded by deed to bind current and future owners of the contiguous two (2) parcels (629 dupont st & 631 dupont st) to preserve the unity of use and the legality of the entire project that stems from single zoning lot treatment. Prior to issuance of certification of occupancy, proof recordation of easements, agreements and restrictive covenants must be supplied. Size and location as shown on plans application.
