To install one (1) double-faced neon sign to read happy hookah per drawings submitted on 08/31/15 & stamped approved 09/14/15 sign will measure: 39 w x 2 h x 1 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered between the two ground floor bourbon elevation doors. Sign will attach to wall with an 8 x 8 aluminum plate. Sign will have a yellow background with red neon lettering and yellow neon stars. No additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

To remove existing alleyway door on the bourbon elevation. To install new alleyway door constructed from 5/4 x 5 mahogany tongue and groove boards with a bead to match existing. New door and surround to be painted dark green to match existing bourbon elevation main building shutters. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in size, detail, profile and exposure.
