New floor & roof joists as per plans. New interior work:framing (1 412 sf) w stud walls staircase (7-3 4"riser 11"tread 3wide) w hangers drywall trim insulation (r- walls r-49 roof). Doors (16). New exterior work: new 1st floor rear addition (9x12) new 2nd floor rear addition (12x12) new 2nd floor rear deck (12x8) w staircase to new rooftop deck (12x12) per bmza2017-1 approved 5 23 2017 new exterior doors (3) windows (8). As per plans as per code.
