6. 17 acres(approx)bean and guilfoyle (b&g) were the owners of two land parcels contiguous to the subject parcel and to each other at the time of its purchase. Therefore these three parcels were considered combined under the land use code for building lot purposes. No determination is made or implied by this letter that the property so combined was, or would be, eligible for building lot designation. When one of those contiguous parcels was transferred to key bank in 2005, neither the transferred parcel, nor the remaining b&g parcels, no longer contiguous, met the 35 acre minimum lot area in the forestry zoning district.
